We are pleased to be recruiting for an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team!
The IT Technical Support Specialist (TSS) provides front line support to end users on a variety of issues. Through the use of an incident management system the TSS acknowledges, identifies, researches, and resolves technical issues and requests as the first point of contact. The TSS maintains ownership of incidents through their life-cycle to track, monitor, and document all work performed to ensure timely resolution. Excellent customer service skills are a must as the TSS works directly with end users to assist with technology requests and resolve technical issues. After hours support during tax season, including weekends and occasional evening are required.
